Space Reservations

Space Reservations in the Graduate Assembly Offices (444 Eshleman Hall):

The following spaces are managed exclusively by the Graduate Assembly. Interested in reserving a GA conference room or the outdoor terrace – with views of the Bay? Check out this map to better understand our layout.

  • Graduate Assembly Project Director Room – The GA PD Room is also located in our office in 444 Eshleman Hall. A/V hookups available. Maximum capacity is 15.
  • Graduate Assembly Conference Room – The GA Conference Room is located in our office in 444 Eshleman Hall. A/V hookups available. Maximum capacity is 25.
  • Graduate Assembly Terrace – The GA Terrace is also located in our office in 444 Eshleman Hall. Maximum capacity is 16.

Please fill out the GA Office Space Reservation Form to reserve space in the Graduate Assembly Offices.

NOTE: Please be advised that all event information is posted online, available to the public, and accessible to all people and programs.

444 Eshleman Hall – Availability Calendar:

  • See calendar below to find availability of reservations in 444 Eshleman Hall.
  • Must fill out the reservation form 2 weeks in advance of the event. If your event is less than a week away, talk to staff in 444 for accommodations.
  • Email questions to officemanager-ga@berkeley.edu or internal-ga@berkeley.edu.

At UC Berkeley, Graduate Registered Student Organizations (GRSOs) can reserve classroom and event spaces across campus, but the process depends on the specific type of space and the department or unit that manages it.
