The Graduate Assembly holds meetings once a month to discuss campus and graduate student matters. Become a GA Delegate and represent your department or graduate student group as a voting member of the Graduate Assembly governing body.
To become a Delegate, follow the instructions on our Become A Delegate page. Delegate Assembly Meetings are the first Thursday of every month of the academic year, with the exception of September. Dinner will be served at 5:00pm, and the meeting will begin at 5:30pm. All meetings will be held in the Senate Chamber on the 5th floor of Eshleman Hall. According to the GA Bylaws, every department is allowed one delegate per every hundred graduate students or fraction thereof. View the updated List of GA Delegates by Department in order to determine how many delegates your department can have. Meeting Dates for 2016-2017: September 8th, October 6th, November 3rd, December 1st, February 2nd, March 2nd, April 6th, and May 4th.
